We don’t offer Returns. In the event that you have not received the shipment within the delivery time set out on our website kindly write to us at info@benditaa.com and we will follow up with our shipping partners at the earliest regarding the same.
Any claim for a damaged product must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery of the said product in writing at info@benditaa.com along with pictures of the product showing the damage and the original packaging images. Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible, unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.
Cash on delivery is available for maximum value of INR 5000/- per order. We don’t Offer Refunds. Orders once placed, can not be cancelled.
